Pre Orders
Any order containing a pre order product will not be dispatched until all items are available.
We will take payment using your chosen payment method when you complete the checkout process, including for pre-orders and when you place a pre-order, you are authorising us to take an immediate payment using the payment method details you provided during the checkout process.
Sometimes we may not be able to fulfil your order. For example, if a product is out of stock, there are errors on the Site or product description (including but not limited to an incorrect price) or we cannot deliver the product for any other reason. We will contact you if any part or the whole of your order cannot be fulfilled or is cancelled. We will not charge you for the part of the order that we cannot fulfil, if payment has already been made then a refund will be made in full.
Whilst we do everything we can to ensure release dates are accurate, these are subject to change.
Shipping
We only ship through Royal Mail to ensure the highest standards or transport.
Occasionally, the manufacture or distribution of a certain product may be delayed. In such an event, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the delay and keep you informed of the revised delivery schedule.
If there is a significant delay to your order and you wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible as we may be able to cancel your order.
Returns And Cancellations
If you cancel your order for any reason then a 10% handling fee will be charged based on the price of the products purchased (excluding postage). A charge will not be taken if cancelling due to a delayed product if longer than a week, will email to confirm of any delays or issues with allocations and a full refund will be given if you do not wish to wait.
Returns are only accepted if returned in the original package sent back to us unopened and in the condition you received it. We cannot accept opened or partially opened items.
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched we're not responsible for the delivery charges that you incur to return your order back to us. We also need to receive the goods back before any refunds or exchanges can be given. To ensure items make it back to us safely we strongly recommend using a recorded service to return items, we're not responsible for any items lost in the post or damaged when returned to us.
You can return products until 14 days after receiving them. If a product is damaged or faulty, you have up until 30 days from receiving the goods however, the sooner you let us know, the easier it will be for us to resolve the issue.
Sealed products must be returned unopened, unused and in the original condition the item was sent in. If this is in any dealt a partial refund may be offered or no refund issued.
If a returned product does not meet the requirements outlined by our policies, we may not be able to offer a refund. If you are unsure if you can return an item, please get in touch with a member of our team, who can best advise you on how to return your item.
